i applied to neco on sept1. however, i dont take my first oat until oct15. will i not get an interview invite (potentially) until neco gets my oat scores?

Optopt, you really should try calling the admissions office and follow up on your app. The admissions officer there (Betty) is super nice and she'll answer any questions you have.

If you're worried, I would definitely call the admissions offices. You should be getting some kind of confirmation from SCCO (letter) and NECO (postcard) telling you that your application was received and what (if anything) you're still missing. Neither of those schools will interview without OAT scores, transcripts and LORs (at least they didn't for me last year), so that may play a factor.
